Soundwave is a part of a set of three Transformers, the others being two of the cassettes he carries around in his chest compartment. Soundwave will always be one of my favourite Decepticons, and I couldn't resist turning two baby ponies into little cassettes to keep him company, as Soundwave is rarely without his cassette companions.

Soundwave was made from a G3 Fluttershy (I)
*body dyed a purplish grey with black leg and face gradients
*total eye repaint solid red
*Decepticon sigil on forehead
*non-display side symbol walkman alt. mode
*display side symbol robot mode
*rehaired with Daiquari Ice and Hematite from Dollyhair.com

woah those are soooooooooooooooooo awesome!!!!! im just trying to customize a little pony right now but i gave up because how the heck are you sposed to pull the original hair out and put different stuff in???????????? HELP ME hahahah :P xox

Lol, the hair can be a huge pain in the butt, but basically you have to pop off the pony's head and pull it out from the inside. To reroot the new hair, you can either buy a rerooting tool, or use the old fashioned wire method (what I do). Basically, you thread a looped wire through a 'hair hole' at the top of the pony's head and pull it through the neckhole. Thread a strand of hair that has been knotted at one end through the wire, and then pull it back out through the top of the head. Repeat about 100x, :p. Good luck!

Your my hero! I made my first custom pony here [link] as a gift for a freind. But yours are so amazing and detailed! The tiny paint jobs must have been a pain!
How did you dye the pony's body and add the gradients?

I followed info i found on this site to be very helpful, but did you use a different technique? [link]
